職位名稱：Manager Engineering - Test

This is a manager position for a system testing group within the SW development organization. Group responsibilities include system testing of Coriant MSPP portfolio including hiT70xx and 63xx series. General responsibilities include staff management, project planning and execution, project status reporting, coordinating with peer groups, meeting or exceeding product quality and process criteria. 

Qualification: 

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in system testing including 5 or more years in project/technical management 

- Require excellent organizational and project management skills and proven track record 

- Good knowledge of SDH, ONT or Ethernet standard and related protocols is required. 
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, including high competency in English. 

- Work experience in a multi-culture environment is preferred, hands-on experience with testing technology highly desirable. 

- Candidate should have familiarity with Microsoft tool suite 

- BS degree in relevant field required, MS degree preferred.
